Pat Wester served in a variety of capacities of pastoral ministry for 25 years. His experience involved stints as a youth pastor, children’s pastor, small groups pastor, leadership pastor, and executive pastor with teaching responsibilities. This unique cross-section of perspectives allows Pat to connect with ministry professionals on a much deeper level.

Pat started White Cedar Consulting after recognizing the value of coaching on his ministry impact. After much discussion and prayer, Pat stepped out in faith to begin White Cedar Consulting in summer 2018. This venture is intended to serve pastors, church staff, faith-based nonprofit leaders, and ministry professionals serving around the world for the sake of the Gospel.

Pat received his Master’s of Divinity from Bethel Theological Seminary (St. Paul, MN). He is certified as a leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation and Professional Christian Coaching Institute. He continues to study and train to better serve his clientele through White Cedar Consulting.

When he’s not busy connecting with ministry professionals, he’s dreaming of his next camping and fishing excursion to the Boundary Waters of Minnesota. Pat and his beautiful wife Dawn live in Rochester, Minnesota. He is an avid fan of gardening, hacking away at a golf ball, and getting heartburn from watching the Vikings. They have three grown children and five grandchildren who may be spoiled when ‘Papa and Nana’ visit.
